I have had very good experiences dealing with Swedish Automotive. I trust their expertise and transparency, and I will continue to visit them when my vehicle needs service.

Great experience! I went in for an emergency repair and they were super helpful about diagnosing the issue, walking me there the steps, explaining the pricing and process of labor and recommending options for good, better, best price points. Highly recommended.

Responsive and good communicators. Job seemed done well and glad to have someone for my toy in West Seattle bb

Just took my car in to Swedish for the first time and it was a great experience. They did a full inspection and oil change, but didn’t try to upsell me on maintenance I didn’t need. They were prompt and easy to work with.

They do very good work and while they are less than the dealer, they are definitely on the high end price wise, especially for minor items.

Excellent communication and workmanship. Vehicle was returned clean and tidy.

I was having trouble installing new windshield wipers on my Volvo. Gave up and Swedish Automotive, made an appointment for the next morning. They installed new windshield wipers in minutes and off I went. I have been using them for the several decades and have had always good luck.

Over the years I have been in five times with an older car. Sure, it requires a far amount of work given the vehicles advanced age, but I have never had any problems. Good job keeping it going. See you in August.

Brought in a 20 year old car that had a few issues to fix. When I was given the quote that seemed to be higher than the car's value, I asked if they thought it was worth fixing or time to sell. I was spoken to in a condescending tone by the manager. He was rude and acted like I hadn't been taking care of the car. They included things on their "need to fix" list that I had taken care of, but they still said failed. For example, I had just replaced the windshield wipers on my own. Their list said "failed" because they hadn't done the update. Shows me they aren't really reviewing previous issues, but just keeping them on the list. The quote for the 2 jobs was almost $2,500. The actual parts were only $200. All the rest was for labor. I went to a friend's mechanic and the quote for the same work was a little over $700. They also did a free diagnostic, that Swedish charged me $200 for. I guess I should be glad Swedish Automotive was so rude or I probably would have had the over priced work done with them.

My husband & I are in our 70’s & don’t know much about cars. We were pleasantly surprised when Swedish had it diagnosed by the time we were home. They also did an inspection of the car to let us know what else might be in need.

Thank you, Nancy! We always make every effort to make sure our clients have all of the information they need to make the best decisions about their vehicles. We work to earn your trust and will always help you to fully understand and services being recommended. Thanks again!
