Prompt, courteous service. I was not "upsold" services I didn't need. Turnaround was quick, and Todd kept me informed thoughout the process. Price of repair did not go above estimate. Wouldn't trust my MINI to anyone else!

Great service! Quick to call back, followed up exactly as they said they would and the office and loaner cars were clean. What I appreciated the most was that I wasn't treated like most of these places treat women. You've earned a new customer. Thank you!

The folks at Swedish always communicate well and fix the problems that I request. I always feel that I know what is going on and that I will not be led astray. The fact that a visit to Swedish Automotive for my Volvo is usually more expensive than a visit to Swedish Medical Center is just something I'll just have to get used to.

I have always had a great experience with Swedish Automotive. They always tell me exactly what is going on with my car, and I know exactly how much it will cost to repair it. I would highly recommend their services and that if you have a SAAB there is none better that you could take it to.

I was expecting the car ready when I came in to pick it up but it still needed some work done in the morning. My advisor was nice enough to comp. the hire car for the inconvenience. Other than that I'm pleased with the level of service provided by Swedish Automotive.

Had heard great things about Swedish Automotive for years from a friend who had her Saab serviced by them. When looking for a new place to take my Volvo (my former mechanic had retired), Swedish was a natural choice. Coming from the Eastside it's a bit of a drive, but in my mind it's worth it. I have peace of mind knowing that my car is being serviced by folks who are knowledgeable about Volvos and who are also very nice and great about answering all of my questions. Highly recommend them!

I appreciate the proactive solutions that Todd offered when original testing did not show a coolant leak. I especially liked that the work on it was still under warranty from work done last fall and that this was noticed at time of giving me a status update and quote for fix. PS - ok to use my first name only, I am not giving approval for last name being used online.
