Five stars + for the great service at Swedish Automotive! They got my car in quickly and diagnosed the problem with the drains that caused the flooding in the car. Great communications by text and phone and photographs! The paperwork for estimates was convenient to review and approve with texting. My car is ready for lots more safe and comfortable miles!

After a lengthy and difficult repair to my mini cooper s, I am pleased to report that the results are so good, I am very pleased with the Swedish Automotive experience (my first). I can't say enough about the management here, as well as the entire staff. Knowing that my mechanical knowledge is limited, Sean and his crew explained the repair in layman's terms so that I wouldn't feel quite so lacking in my automotive prowess. Bravo guys, the Mini is back and once again a pleasure!

Fabulous care! All work done promptly and completely!

They've worked on 2 of our cars (a 2008 Saab & 2010 Mini) and every level of the service/repair process was done to the highest standard. The Saab in particular had a lot of issues (too much deferred maintenance on my part) that needed a lot of troubleshooting and parts resourcing. They tracked down extremely hard to find parts and or rebuilt parts that were able to be rebuilt, getting our beloved Saab back on the road. I have finally found my goto service and repair shop.

Swedish has been taking care of our Subarus since we moved to west Seattle in 2019. They are thorough, detail oriented, excellent communicators and so friendly. They have kept our cars in amazing condition, even as the vehicles are aging. Very thankful to have a trustworthy shop so close by. Highly recommended!
