I love my car but the dealership I purchased it from was awful. This place rocks! They don't overcharge they are straight forward they didn't try to take me to the cleaners, and they were so very friendly. They will have my business as long as I'm in Washington. First impressions DO make a long-time client and they sure showed me they are good people and actually cared about me and my car. Brought my car in for a rattle and they were able to figure out what it was really fast and it was really easy to understand what was wrong and why it should be fixed and their service was amazing the whole time, communication was really easy and the my service advisor (Sean) was amazing and really helpful. They were able to get my car done fast and I had my car back in no time!

Used the certified BMW mechanic to resolve an engine light problem. Got service scheduled within a few days of call. They had diagnosis done quickly and sent work order out with pictures for approval. Work was done as promised and car was clean upon finished work. Despite the BMW part costs typically higher than most brands, I got a well serviced car back and is running beautifully again. Thanks for the great job.
