I took my 2011 BMW in for service and the staff is experienced and knowledgeable about European imports. More so than I’ve found at the dealerships. They knew what was needed based on age and mileage and also what to check proactively. The communication about issues and needed repairs and service is timely and easily understood. Quality of work is better than the dealer or other service facilities. Cost is lower than the dealer but not cheap since they are not cutting any corners and providing quality service. Car repairs can get expensive but here you are getting the highest quality and best value for your dollars.

I've been coming to Swedish for 5 years with a few different cars and I have always appreciated the transparency and communication. I tried to find a service cheaper somewhere and ended up coming back because it wasn't done properly and Swedish showed me what was done wrong, fixed the issue, and showed me how it was fixed.
