Very happy with the service. Dropped my car off the night before. I received a text and email leaving me detailed information about my repairs, including pictures and a full estimate. Sean was polite, responsive and knowledgeable when I asked questions. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family as well as friends

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Everything is explained and I even got a video regarding my car's repairs. My final bill was reduced from the estimate as a part was not needed. I wouldn't have never known this so I deem them to be quite trustworthy.

Swedish Automotive provides excellent service, accompanied by very good communication and a clean shop that employs a diverse staff of technicians.

European automotive is a great company. A West Seattle staple. Sean at the front knows me by name. I go in for standard service on my Volvo XC60. They are no more expensive than a jiffy lube or other quick stop service station. In fact, they were able to fix the damage done by one of those places (cross threaded oil pan plug)! I can't recommend these guys enough. They've got the tools and expertise to get you back on the road! Or preferably, keep you on the road!
