I never give 5 stars in any review I do as it tends to diminish the need to improve. But Swedish has always hooked me up and I will continue to go to them as they do quality work.

Great experience, easy, quick and affordable, and super friendly staff.

Once again, Swedish Automotive in West Seattle saved my 9-3 Saab convertible from potential danger. For 3 years Dave, Todd, Bill, Casey and their crew have made me feel like I'm their favorite customer. They drop everything to get me in and out (into one of their flat fee, $25 loaner cars,) and on my way as if my day was ordinary and without crisis. Sure, car maintenance is never a joy, but with Swedish Automotive you leave knowing your sometimes persnickety foreign vehicle has been accurately diagnosed and well cared for by the experts without unreliable guess work. It's worth the extra bit of drive time to have peace of mind in car matters when life is so full of other inconveniences. I'm glad they are there for me. Jill in Burien.

Wonderful and communicative as always

It was a good experience, even though the final repair bill came in a little more than expected. I was kept informed about some complications and that helped. I would and have recommended Swedish Automotve to others

I love Swedish! Bill and Todd are AMAZING. I was a little disappointed that Sandra never sent me the key code to get my key but on Saturday another gal (I forget her name!) called me and gave it to me. She was a lifesaver.

Comprehensive & sensible service completed on time and cost considerably less than I expected!
