My car runs great. I don't have to explain what might be wrong, although they listen if I try. They have this great sheet at the back of the receipt that lists what they checked. It's color coded for how good or bad the condition was and says what they did to fix it. Not only can I see what they did, but I can anticipate what will be coming soon (brake fluid flush in my case). They gave a me a loaner car without any hassle. They washed and vacuumed my car. I wish I could take my bicycle to them.

Expensive, but first class service with excellent customer communication

They got me in for a service on short notice, and my car was finished earlier than promised. After the service they gave me a very detailed and thorough explanation of what was done, the condition of my car and also offered an estimate for when additional service or repairs might be due. The people at Swedish Automotive really know the meaning of good, friendly service.
