Customer service is superb.

First time customer, really appreciated the amount of time and effort put into the intermittent problem my car was having.

Great customer service. Came in most recently for a set of new tires. Todd clearly explained what our car needed and our options. Scheduling service was easy and the Swedish team was very accommodating. They even picked my up from the West Seattle Water Taxi! Thanks to the whole Swedish team for taking great care of our car.

In these days when auto "mechanics" are mainly computer code readers who unplug faulty components and plug in new ones , it is nice to find a place with real mechanics. Swedish Automotive is the only place that can take care of my three Volvos (1967, 1976 and 1997) and 1987 Saab. They consult about every major item and do not do unnecessary work.

From start to finish, a positive experience. Todd and then Dave welcomed me, listened, looked at my older car and after thorough analysis helped me to see what my options were, what was important to address right away and what could wait. Repairs are done and I feel better about driving my beloved eighteen-year-old Volvo. This was my first experience with Swedish Automotive and I feel very comfortable with their entire system, from the time I walked in the door to the friendly, informative conversation when I picked it up after service. Big thumbs up.

I have been taking my car to Swedish since I moved to Seattle in 2014. My car is important to me both for logistical and sentimental reasons and I generally receive attentive and informed service. This past service I had some unusual communication issues but theywere really handled with accountability and understanding. This is a local family run business with integrity and I really trust them to take care of my vehicle. Really worth the value

Having been a loyal Volvo owner for almost 50 years now, it was a great relief to find a reputable repair shop that specializes in my car of choice. Swedish Automotive was recommended to me many years ago by a good friend and I've been trusting them ever since. With a phone call, your mind is set to rest by the warm and well informed front office staff of Dave, Todd & Casey. The team patiently listens to the details of your situation then recommends a plan to restore the health of your automobile. Then the highly skilled technicians work their magic to get you back on the road. As I have learned over the years, Volvo's are a unique breed and not every mechanic understands them. But, I never have to second guess the efficient workmanship at Swedish Automotive. They have my trust and I highly recommend them. A quality experience, from top to bottom. Thanks all!

My car is running better than ever. I recently had it in for a transmission fluid flush and I noticed that the audible noise made when switching gears has reduced significantly. I'll have to ask about why that happened next time. I also had my front brakes done and those are working great as well.
