I've used this shop a few times now since moving to the area and have been wowed each time. The level of communication is outstanding. They make all needed services/repairs easy to understand and send it all in writing then follow up with a call. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for a trustworthy repair shop for your Volvo!

I had some routine maintainence and AC issue with my BMW. The experience was pretty good, staff was friendly, good pricing and delivers on time. There’s a bus stop one block away that goes to downtown Seattle(route 21) which is convenient.

Exceptional service, more knowledgeable technicians than you’ll find at the dealership. Why would I pay inflated dealership pricing for service when I can get better service and a better experience right here. Love the location.

The team at Swedish Automotive is TOPS! They have a convenient on-line scheduler, so making an appointment is quick and easy. Sean is friendly and respectful; he always greets customers with a smile. Each time I've brought in my car, they've been communicative about what work needs to be done, and if it's urgent or not. I feel fortunate to have Swedish Automotive as my neighborhood repair and maintenance shop!
