Since moving to West Seattle four years ago, Swedish has been the only shop to receive my repeat business. They are not just experts on Volvo or Saab, they are damn great Mercedes-Benz techs too! Be a simple oil change,, routine maintenance, diagnostics, or a more involved repair, they consistently exceed my expectations of customer service, mechanical aptitude, accuracy of estimated service time/costs, and reliability of their work. I recently had a serpentine belt explode and was able to get a late night tow across town and drop off on a late Friday night. Sean let me know that it might be a week or longer to even get a chance to do an inspection for damage let alone get it repaired. I was sweating bullets that I didn't burn down the best v8 on the planet. Low and behold I got a thorough diagnostic, repair breakdown, and explanation of everything entailed in five days. Four days later she was ready to go after a complete engine cleaning, belt, pulley, water pump service and scheduled maintenance.
