Happy to have a new reputable auto service establishment in West Seattle. They did a great job on my MB 2012 e350. They are my new go to auto repair shop.

My beloved 2002 Saab 9-3 had a mysterious brake fluid leak. I took it to Swedish Automotive, where the source of the leak was correctly diagnosed by the mechanic. A replacement part that was essential for the repair was sent from the East coast, and the problem leak was resolved. During this time we had Christmas, snow, ice, unusually low temperatures, and Covid-19. Throughout I was kept informed, in the loop, and up to date on the progress. Great communication! Always responsive to my questions. And very fine automotive work.

I brought my BMW into Swedish Automotive with multiple issues. Sean M was great about communicating every issue with my car every step of the way. They were able to fix all the issues with my car in a timely manner. And, Swedish Automotive has a safe and secure pickup of your car after hours . I highly recommend Swedish Automotive!

West Seattle native here: Very friendly and attentive staff. Great service communication. Prices may seem a little higher, BUT - that is in comparison to all these big box chains that are taking over the markets, and the general costs of Seattle development. Have seen the business grow since over the years, I hope these folks are around for a longtime!
