I called to have a rear lightbulb replaced, and they were able to get me in within a week. The job was done within the hour, and the cost was very reasonable. I've used Swedish Automotive in the past and have always been so happy with their service. I absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

The staff were knowledgeable and were thoughtful enough to not move forward with work that my dealer could do while still under warranty. They were considerate of the financial impact that this could have on me & that mattered.

They did a great job on finding the issues with my car and broke down what needed to happen first. Good communication as well. Will definitely keep taking my Volvo here.

I had a great experience. Excellent customer service, easy to talk to and they understood my concerns. I think great length of time to make numerous repairs and reasonable price. I wish I had known about loaner cars, but I know now for next time! Can't wait to come back for other preventative maintenance.

I recently moved to West Seattle and was reading reviews about Swedish Automotive. When my BMW needed an oil change, I decided to give them a try. My first impression about how they operate their business was great and continues to be great! They respond quickly to making an appointment, check-in is easy and team is professional. The oil change went well! Skip forward a month or so and I had a coolant leak. I did not hesitate to call. They were able to get parts quickly and fixed my car for a reasonable price. If I need any work done in the future, I will call Swedish Automotive! I highly recommend them and so happy they are in my neighborhood! Definitely 5 stars!

Had been using Swedish Automotive for years for my Saab. When I had to replace it after 20 years, I got a new car and made sure it was one these guys would service. Had to use the dealer for awhile, but now am back at Swedish with my Subaru. In and out very quickly, no add on services even though I had wondered if I needed some. Detailed receipt with lots of information. So much better than the dealer. 🤗

Took my 2012 Volvo in for an inspection after a long trip. They were able to diagnose and recommend multiple repairs while being up front and honest about the severity and need of the repairs. All in all would highly recommend.
