Have been going to Swedish Automotive since 2009 when they were under the original ownership (and in their old location further north on 35th), but have kept going back because the service is STILL outstanding, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t trust my 08 Tribeca to anyone else at this point. The only thing I wish they’d bring back is the extra bonus of washing my car before I pick it up from being serviced. They’ve explained *why* they haven’t been able to do it these past 2 years of Covid, but I still miss it and am hopeful they’ll be able to do it again in the future. My Subie (and me) thank you!

Very happy with the work on our cars by Swedish. The attention to detail and transparency about mechanical issues makes it a pleasure to continue to bring our vehicles here - an old Volvo, a Mini and our Subaru have all been serviced by Swedish over many years. Highly recommend Swedish.

Excellent communication around what was happening with my 2009 Mini Cooper S and a very professional approach all round. I felt confident when I left that a good job had been done. Very happy with the customer service which left me feeling that I was a valued customer.

What can I say! I went to a Seattle dealership for 80k service and was given "Green" on "everything". Two days later, my 7 yr. old battery died. No recommendations to replace the battery, rotation of tires, no service on brake fluid, no new engine filter. Did receive a $531 bill of which $385 was labor. Based on a friend's recommendation, I had my car towed to the Swedish. From the start, they took great care of me. Installed the battery and changed the brake fluid, rotated the tires, and changed the incredibly dirty engine filter. All at a reasonable price and delivered quality service in less than the time quoted to complete the job. Perfection! Car is running like a dream. Thank you Swedish! I'm so relieved to now have a trusted auto repair shop.

I have been coming to Swedish Automotive for several years, for maintenance of my Subaru, and I highly recommend them to others. Swedish Automotive is a very professional organization. Their explanation of the car's diagnosis is very thorough. The diagnosis is provided not just verbally, but in a print format along with photos where relevant.
