Had been using Swedish Automotive for years for my Saab. When I had to replace it after 20 years, I got a new car and made sure it was one these guys would service. Had to use the dealer for awhile, but now am back at Swedish with my Subaru. In and out very quickly, no add on services even though I had wondered if I needed some. Detailed receipt with lots of information. So much better than the dealer. 🤗

Took my 2012 Volvo in for an inspection after a long trip. They were able to diagnose and recommend multiple repairs while being up front and honest about the severity and need of the repairs. All in all would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Swedish Automotive for 12 years. They have always completed the work on my car to my satisfaction. They have my recommendation.

I owned one of those old, big gray "tanks", and now a 1998 S70 T that I bought in 2002. With the exception of the 3 years I lived in Minneapolis, I've been taking my cars here since 1995. There is no way I would go anywhere else. These folks know their stuff, they bend over backwards to make things right, top notch customer service, and a loaner to boot! If you think they might be a tad pricier than other shops, it would be worth every penny.

I brought my 2016 Volvo S80 in for an oil change. Swedish staff noticed that one of the headlights was flickering when the car was not running. I had inquired about this at the dealership when the car was being serviced at the dealership over a year ago. The dealership didn’t do anything. Swedish recommended diagnosing the issue and was able to fix the problem without having to buy an expensive new headlamp.

Wonderful service on my Range Rover, and local in west seattle (didn’t want to go to Bellevue and waste a whole day) They provided great service, we’re flexible with drop-odd/pick-up and diagnoses a few items I didn’t know even needed work - with the online option to accept or reject their recommendations. Definitely would recommend Swedish Automotive and is now my go-to for repairs and service on my vehicles. 5 stars for sure!

Just had a normal service performed but was treated with respect. No hustle, only straight forward work. At a fair price.

To the owner. I didn’t give you a 5 start review as that means perfect. Outside of one of your employees being abrupt with me while I was trying to find a parking space upon arrival, everything was great. I would recommend your business.

A little pricey but by far the most thorough car check up I’ve ever had. They inspected absolutely everything, gave a detailed report with pictures, and fixed the few things I asked for. Overall I will absolutely be bringing my car back here for all my service needs. They are awesome!!!
