I have a 2002 Saab 93, a beautiful, classic car which occasionally has problems that are complicated and difficult to solve. The staff at Swedish, however, doggedly goes after these problems until they are resolved. They are a skilled, creative and trustworthy bunch and I wouldn’t think of taking my car anywhere else!

So glad to find a great European Auto Repair shop in West Seattle, just two miles away from home. Put me at ease after driving from Atlanta to Seattle that my Porsche Macan made the journey without need for major repairs. Saved money and time not going to the Dealership. I had my engine light appear 2 days before my appointment. We didnt know what was wrong and after a diagnosis there were 18 issues found. I was given a thorough report of an estimate for parts and labor. I chose not to have anything done. Sean was kind and I felt comfortable leaving without having services done. He assured there was nothing serious with my engine but would need services in the future. I left my car there on Monday and came to pick up on Friday. They waited for me even after I came by a little after 5pm (which is the time they close)

Wonderful service, wonderful people. Dealing with my first BIG issue as a car owner (cooling system failure) was a very stressful situation. However the stress was so manageable thanks to Shelby and Sean and Swedish Automotive. From the beginning, talking about the function of the car, logistics behind repairs and honesty in prices, I felt so supported in what would have been, for lack of better word, a tear-your-hair-out situation. These people know what they are doing, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for precise + reasonable auto repairs :))

I have a nearly one-of-a-kind Saab, and although it is a chore to find parts (due to Saab not existing anymore and the rarity of my vehicle), Swedish Automotive always figures out what my car needs and how to maintain it, and they do it with fair pricing and clear communication. The car is my pride and joy, and they haven’t let me down over the last 5 years.
