Amazing service! I have a 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman. Super friendly. Made sure I understood everything without me feeling stupid. Simple but comfy waiting room with NICE bathroom. Convenient and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Always a big fan of Swedish auto. They are prompt and responsive. This visit was for routine maintenance. My only issue was that I requested an evaluation of the remote start feature for my car. Unfortunately, they forgot to do this during the appointment and so I was told I’d get a call the next day, but never did.

Multiple great experiences with this shop. Always fair and quality work, great communication. Recently, engine light was on and they helped with diagnostics, then called Audi dealership to see if it was still covered on (very) extended warranty. It was! These guys could have taken me for an expensive ride, but instead shared this info and service was completed without charge at the dealer. Not self-serving. Impressive!
