My mini was running sluggishly and missing on one cylinder. I took it in and they did their magic on my mini. They found a simple solution; oil change and a chemical wash (old timers think Marvel Mystery Oil). Simple solution and it worked great. My mini is not running in tip top shape. I thank Swedish Automotive and their staff for the TLC they gave my mini and I highly recommend them to care for other's cars.

I'm not sure I have ever dealt with a more transparent and communicative repair shop before. They let you know who will be working on your vehicle, the state of your vehicle, and exactly what they will be doing to your vehicle. The work they perform is top of the line and always leaves me feeling secure about driving my Volvo.

I had a very pleasant experience because of Sean. He was very professional and patient explaining all my options. While the car was there he called me with updates and asking questions to make sure I understood the work and charges. Amazing guy. Rates wise, they are high and it really hurt to pay the bill.

You guys are the best. My husband Esko has been a customer over many years and was always pleased with the work done and excellent customer service. Now the he has recently passed away, I intend to keep up the tradition of always using your services because I know I can trust you to do the best work on my car and also to be perfectly honest about what needs to be done. I also appreciate the fact that you are still willing to take care of our old 20 year old Saab, which has been passed along to my son. He gladly drives from Tacoma to have it serviced at Swedish Automotive. I was hoping for an appointment on September 21 because of many things going on in these couple of weeks, but your appointments were full and it seemed that the soonest I could get in was to be the 27th, right when I needed the car to take company from Finland to the airport. However, within the hour Sean had called and let me know that you had a cancellation for the 21st and he could take the Volvo in on that day after all. I am so appreciative of that thoughtfulness.
