This garage has the nicest, friendliest people working there. The garage itself is very clean and work is done in a timely manner, whilst they consult with you all the way through the process. Even after 3 weeks they checked it to make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend if you own a Subaru

Great customer service very knowledgeable and excellent job all around

I took my MB in for a routine service and to look into an error message that had recently popped up and was very happy with the experience that I received. I initially emailed in to get a quote on the work. The response was timely and informational. Scheduling and dropping off my vehicle for service was convenient and easy. Once they were completely, they emailed and sent me a text to come p/u my vehicle. All services were covered with my upon p/u. The staff were extremely friendly throughout the experience, and I plan to bring my vehicle back for its next maintenance.

These guys are great. They're super professional, the office is the cleanest garage office outside of a dealership I have ever entered, and they're very easy and accommodating to schedule with. Personally I had to reschedule twice and never once did I feel like I was being treated with distrust or impatience. I am experiencing a strange rumbling on my 2018 Merc compact SUV which I am working on isolating and troubleshooting with them. They took it for ~6 hours and unfortunately could not find the key issue, and chose not to charge me at the moment of pickup due to wanting me to return at a later date for a test drive with a tech to better isolate the concern, rather than trying to enforce a set of maintenance which would potentially not fix the problem. They seem to be experts, and I will absolutely be returning in the near future to get this issue in my car identified and fixed, and will be returning there after for further work on my car. I will be clicking "Not Sure" to describe the price I paid, since I have not yet paid anything and will adjust any review in the future based on the final prices I will be given for the inspection and the recommended fix.
