These folks took advantage of my 80 year old mother and told her she needed several thousand dollars in repairs and charged her one thousand just to look at her vehicle, no services provided. We took it for a second option and their assessment was completely different and much more affordable. Beware of this place if you are a woman or an elder- they will take advantage of you!!

They are conveniently located in west Seattle and their prices were reasonable vs brand dealerships for Mercedes. I will likely switch over to them in the future vs going to merc service center.

I’ve come to Swedish many times in the past, and no complaints. They asked for a review following my most recent visit—otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered. I brought my Audi in on a Monday morning and explained exactly what was wrong—a failed front air suspension strut—and that I needed the car back by the end of the week for a scheduled road trip. They said they could do it, but that they only do them in pairs; replace both struts, or neither. I authorized the work, mostly because I didn’t have any other options for getting the repair done before my trip. Unfortunately, Swedish didn’t get it done. Instead, they called Thursday morning to say my car wouldn’t be ready before the following Monday. I had to rent a vehicle for the trip—not their fault—but doing so at the last minute added a few hundred dollars to the expense. I cancelled the work order (because I can get the work done elsewhere for less than half the price now that time is no longer an issue). But what especially rankles me is that they charged me $400 to “diagnose” the suspension problem that I’d identified and that they failed to fix. It felt like gouging, under the circumstances.

Great experience with Swedish Automotive — they diagnosed and fixed a coolant system issue on our BMW quickly and correctly. They also gave us a loaner car while ours was in the shop, which made things so much easier. I even left my hat in the loaner by mistake, and they held onto it until I could pick it up. Small thing, but it shows how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend for service.

Great to have such a professional mechanics shop in the neighborhood! Brought my 2019 Mercedes C-Class in for some brake noise. The team was able to diagnose the issue and kept me up to date with photos and text messages. Will return for future car needs!

Rude customer service! I was talking. I said here is the thing,… Customer service replied you can leave now. I was going to say test the processor and electrical circuit for the error. He cut me.

We not have your name in our service history, but in speaking with my service advisors, I believe you were the person who bypassed the office and went into the shop, recently. Our insurance prohibits the public from being in the shop area. Sean tried to explain that we could set an appointment for you but we couldn't meet your demands. We hope you find a provider who will give you the service you desire.
