From the beginning to end, Swedish Automotive gives 5-star customer service. My 2012 Mini Clubman needed an oil change, brakes, tires, and a few other minor things. I was kept informed all along the way, the loaner car was great, and my car was show-room clean when I picked it up. These guys are great!

Have been coming to this shop for many years and they have always been trustworthy and upfront about what your vehicle needs. Labor rates might be higher then some shops but like they say "you get what you pay for"!

Tod is great, helpful with understanding the vehicle and the issues. Good to know about potential and definite fixes coming up. The only down side is it has taken a little longer to get the vehicle back the last two times we were in. Last time it was unexpectedly in over the weekend which was a hassle, but I am sure you guys s are busy and I would weather have it take longer and be done correctly.

I had a high cost repair which is the worst right before Christmas. They were kind enough to drop the cost of repair which was a great help. I was very grateful. Thank you again for working with me. I appreciate it.

I have been a customer for the past five years and cannot say enough about Swedish Auto. I will only buy a car that they will work on. They are meticulous and warn you of things that need attention, but let you decide whether or not to pursue them without pressure. They also stand behind their work and do what is right, period. Such a business is a rare find.

Swedish provides top notch reliable service. I take my 2012 Mini Cooper there for regular oil changes and occasionally for bigger issues. Regardless of the scope of work they are considerate of cost and time. Every staff member I've interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a little nerve racking taking your car in for repairs when you know nothing about cars, so if you're like me, you have nothing to fear at Swedish! They'll tell you what's a must fix, what can wait and why.
