I appreciate the service from Swedish, but cannot rate the last visit 5 stars because communication this past visit could have been better. I was told at three different times during my recent service that I would receive a call back when I had a question or inquiry. I was not called back and had to initiate the communication with the shop.

As usual, straight to the problem and resolved quickly. Having a clean car at the end helps too! The only problem is that they are sometimes too busy.

I had an emergency and people were helping me a lot. They worked to make me feel more comfortable and helped me to find the best solution to my problem.

I should have come to these guys earlier! I had a break light out and just swung by a few minutes before closing. They pulled the panel and popped in a new bulb in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. I asked them what owed them and they just said to remind them to charge me for a bulb the next time I come in. Will do!

Excellent technical knowledge, easily and completely explained by great personalities. Swedish Automotive obviously takes pride in their work. They are very committed to customer satisfaction and follow the old premise that the customer and their wishes come first.
