I've been dealing exclusively with this company for 27 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest and thorough and I count my lucky stars whenever I see anyone with a breakdown o,n the side of the road or if I hear of anybody getting taken by an unscrupulous mechanic. I never have to doubt that my vehicles are in the best working order and as a non-mechanical individual, I don't need to wonder if I'm being ripped off. I have trusted Swedish with my life and my daughters' lives as they took care of me as a parent, and them as adult car owners. There is never enough of a way to thank them for the security I have and the peace of mind I enjoy. They go the extra mile for me on a regular basis and sometimes unreasonably so. If you love your family and/or your car, this is the place to go.

I have always appreciated the work they did on my Saab. Sean was very good at explaining what he and his Saab technicians were doing in a way that I could understand and seeking approval as needed. They have good turn around, timely communication and good prices to match the quality and expertise.

The whole team made things easy for me. I got the car fixed within a week and was priced fairly for the work which was done. Overall they gave great service and were always in open communication each step of the way.

Swedish seems honest and straight forward, plus they are more reasonable than the dealership. I had a quote from Carter Subaru for rear brakes/rotors and calipers and it was ~$1,500. Swedish did the same work for about $500 less. Not only that, I believe (though I’ve only gone a couple times) that they are only quoting work when it needs to be done instead of up selling. Sean is a friendly service representative.

It was a pleasure - as usual - to work with Swedish Automotive. From the minute you walk in you are treated as a valued customer. I especially appreciate the detailed briefing you get when you pick up your car. They are able to catch minor issues before they become a big problem. By following their recommendations my Volvo is always in top shape.

Very easy to take an appointment! I like their expertise and the fact they can explain simply what is happening. Last time, they even took me to my car to see the parts that needed to be changed. Highly recommended!
