Professional and super nice folks, fit us in during covid and everyone wore masks and had practiced social distancing, which was appreciated! I think they have a contactless drop off too. Gave a quick, honest opinion and pricing was great. Recommended by a friend to visit and I'm so glad we did, will recommend to friends going forward.

The parking brake on my daughter's Volvo XC70 was sloppy & mostly ineffective until the Swedish Automotive team got their hands on it. We were told by another shop that it would have to be rebuilt, but the tech at Swedish was able to adjust it back into the proper range. We were charged for only one hour of labor and it was all professionally communicated to us by Sean (Shawn?) the excellent Customer Service representative.
