I always have the best customer service. Sean has driven me back to the ferry and has picked me up from the boat. Living on an that is a huge plus. I know he does it in his own car. He is always so personable!

Great staff! First time visiting this place and everyone was great at communicating throughout the entire process. They even provided shuttle service because I was in a pinch. I would definitely recommend Swedish Automotive! Not only did they get me in and out quickly, they were thorough in addressing my issue.

I thought the water pump had went out in my 2005 Saab 9-3 as it was getting hot all of the sudden. I had it towed to European Auto since they're close and familiar with Saab's. Dealt with Sean, who was friendly and spoke in terms I could understand. Said it was the head gasket and the why that kinda thing happens, He then gave me options, price points, their availability etc. Even give me a couple days to think about it. He even gave me some general knowledge about me car. I didn't know. Overall the customer service here reminds me of customer service of a generation ago, sincere and genuine. Thanks again

Fast talking on the phone so hard to know what you’re truly approving. But they do know what they’re doing! Quality work, but expensive with a master technician. Get your complex work done here.

They were very friendly, got me in quickly, fixed the problem on my Volvo, and DIDN’T overcharge me! Highly recommend!
