Excellent technical knowledge, easily and completely explained by great personalities. Swedish Automotive obviously takes pride in their work. They are very committed to customer satisfaction and follow the old premise that the customer and their wishes come first.

I loved everything about my experience with Swedish Automotive! Dave was incredibly kind and professional as was the entired staff I encountered while my '98 Saab was in being serviced/fixed. I had a friend say to me "I want to buy a Swedish car just so I can have it serviced at Swedish Automotive." Apparently their reputation precedes them! Yes-highly recommended! Five stars, all the way.

Dave provided really fantastic customer service. He regularly updated me on the progress of the work on my car. There were parts that were found that needed replacing (battery and small side panel) that were fixed during the other services as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

From the beginning to end, Swedish Automotive gives 5-star customer service. My 2012 Mini Clubman needed an oil change, brakes, tires, and a few other minor things. I was kept informed all along the way, the loaner car was great, and my car was show-room clean when I picked it up. These guys are great!

Have been coming to this shop for many years and they have always been trustworthy and upfront about what your vehicle needs. Labor rates might be higher then some shops but like they say "you get what you pay for"!

Tod is great, helpful with understanding the vehicle and the issues. Good to know about potential and definite fixes coming up. The only down side is it has taken a little longer to get the vehicle back the last two times we were in. Last time it was unexpectedly in over the weekend which was a hassle, but I am sure you guys s are busy and I would weather have it take longer and be done correctly.

I had a high cost repair which is the worst right before Christmas. They were kind enough to drop the cost of repair which was a great help. I was very grateful. Thank you again for working with me. I appreciate it.
