AAA Approval Means Guaranteed, Quality Service.

Currently only a handful of all automotive repair shops in the Seattle area are AAA approved. In order for a shop to become an approved AAA repair facility it must constantly meet the following criteria:

• Meet or exceed AAA's exacting standards of equipment, mechanic certification and customer satisfaction

• Guarantee their service or repairs (under normal conditions) for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first

• Must offer members a written estimate in advance if desired, have the member's approval before doing any additional work beyond the estimate, and return any replaced parts

• Agree to let AAA arbitrate any disputes with members as to quality of service or repairs

• Complimentary vehicle inspections at participating facilities

• AAA member guaranteed personal check acceptance

Approved auto repair facilities are required to provide service in the following areas:

• Engine performance
  

• Minor engine repair
  

• Brake repair
  

• Electrical system repair

In addition, Swedish Automotive can also meet your additional automotive needs:

• Tires, steering and suspension
  

• Manual transmission and rear axle
  

• Automatic transmission
  

• Major engine repairs
  

• Heating and air conditioning
