Staff
In the front office, Todd and Jeremy are our service advisors. They are liaisons between you and the technician who is working on your vehicle. Todd and Jeremy organize, explain and price the work the technician is doing on your vehicle. They will help you prioritize service and repair for your vehicle according to safety and wear concerns .
In the back office, Soren orders, receives, and delivers parts to the technicians for their work on your vehicle. Dave (owner) serves both as service advisor and as a manager in the overall business. Sandra (owner) manages accounting and provides support in business administration and for customers and employees.
In the shop, Don, Jason, Dick, John and Leland are the highly trained technicians who are inspecting, servicing, diagnosing and repairing your vehicle. As they inspect, service, and repair your vehicle, they want your car to run for you as they would for a close family member. In the wash bay, Rick diligently cleans, washes, and vacuums each vehicle so that we can return yours clean as well as in good running order. Bringing your car to our shop is comparable to having it spend a day at the spa.
