At Swedish Automotive we have a staff of friendly professionals to help you. Please see the “Staff” tab for a photo gallery and description of our workers.
Because we know that being without your vehicle is a hardship and we cannot always accurately predict how quickly we can complete work on your vehicle, Swedish Automotive has a fleet of 14 loaner cars that we provide for customer use. We charge a nominal fee of $15 (per visit, not per day) to administer this service and offset our costs.
We are conveniently located on the #21 Metro bus route, which not only goes downtown but connects to a variety of routes in and around West Seattle and beyond. We are happy to accommodate customers who need a ride back home in West Seattle or a ride to the Vashon ferry dock.
In our customer waiting area, should you need to wait while we are working on your vehicle, we offer comfortable seating and wi-fi access.
We are proud to offer to our customers complimentary car wash and vacuum each time their car comes to us for service or repair.
