They care about the customer as much as they care about the cars that they service. I felt that I got one-on-one customer service with Swedish Automotive, and I don’t think I can say that about many mechanics I’ve dealt with. Dave took more than the normal time to listen to my needs, and after the inspection took additional time to explain everything he found related to my car. I felt like I actually learned something about the vehicle.

I recently purchased a used Volvo, and it ended up needing quite a bit of work. Dave went above and beyond in detailing everything that it would take to get the car into optimum running condition. Once we got rolling, the work was done in a timely manner, and they returned the car very clean. I felt that I was in really good hands. Stop wasting your time and bring your Volvo to Swedish Automotive. Dave will take care of you.

In one word, I can sum them up as fabulous! Really, I think there’s a number of things about Swedish Automotive that keep me taking my Volvo back to them! They will ask you a ton of questions to try to find out what’s really going on with your vehicle. I just think they are so helpful and really go the extra mile to make sure they’ve caught everything they can. If you’re willing to go to west Seattle, these guys are really worthwhile!
